Photography is a new medium that I have been working in. I have been taking photographs of Barbie dolls and other dolls and toys in strange juxtapositions. The dolls have been manipulated by removing their clothes, cutting hair and spraying them different colours. I started by spraying them blue because every other colour had some symbolic meaning but then a film came out where the characters were all blue. Then I tried purple, green and finally fluro pink. Just saw your "Barbitars in the Pool" (I imagine is the title) hanging in Wollongong Art Precinct. This is my artwork of the year! Love it!
